TEMPLATE LETTERS
You can use the below template letters. Don't forget to add your name, address, date sent and a reference number so the creditor / debt agency can identify which account it is refering to. You can send a letter by recorded delivery so you can see it has been delivered, but if this is too expensive then request a proof of postage from the post office.
If the letter does not require a signature then print your name at the end, don't sign.
When you click on any of the below templates you will either be given the option to open or save depending on what software you use for word docs.
